Our expert Data Consultants are skilled at setting up and supporting with Assessment and Progress Tracking systems to ensure they are in line with the new GCSE Curriculum and Ofsted framework.
Curriculum Support
- Review Curriculum Model with SLT.
- Support with courses to ensure its accredited and reformed for the NEW (9-1) Specification and accepted towards the Progress 8 performance measures.
- Support with DfE guidance for students’ qualifications and discounting codes to avoid duplication of similar courses, including special discount qualifications.
Bespoke Departmental Targets
- Meet with SLT to determine targeting strategy.
- Create bespoke targets based on DfE guidelines and publications.
- Produce Headline andDepartmental Targets.
Personalised Targets for each Student for each Subject
- Meet with HODs to discuss realistic Flightpath strategy.
- Develop bespoke Flightpaths for each Department.
- Full cohort analysis to establish number of students in each strand of Fine Level/Scaled Score.
- Establish End of Year 11 Targets and subsequently develop Flightpaths for End of Year 7 to 10.
Bespoke Departmental Flightpaths
- Develop Departmental Flightpaths using bespoke Departmental Targets.
- Every student is given personalised End of Year 11 Targets for each of their individual subjects.
Data Drop Analysis
- Key Headline Measures and Performance Measures for all subjects.
- Poster size wallchart & spreadsheet of full cohort.
- Students arranged in ascending order of P8 Score.
- Attendance and Behaviour Analysis against P8 Score.
- Attainment and Progress Analysis for English and Maths along with Attainment breakdown for all other subjects.
- Critical Students highlighted for intervention to be given to those most in need.
